In 2002 we launched Cool Hunting, not as a publication but as a personal reference tool. It quickly became popular among creative-types and soon after that advertisers were interested. All of a sudden we were a business. We decided to stay true to our passions and publish more sites that fit our distinct interests. Needled (now owned by RIVR Media) and Tropolism made their debut in 2005.
